The HDPE Double wall corrugated pipe production line forming machine adopts the overall horizontal structure, with small floor area and no foundation on the ground. The working platform has horizontal, vertical and horizontal adjustment mechanisms.

The governor adopts Yaskawa governor, which has reliable performance, stable speed regulation and wide speed regulation range.

The mold (air cooling + water cooling) is made of special aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good wear resistance and small coefficient of thermal expansion.

The forming section of the forming module is long and the number of modules is small. All are completed by imported CNC machining centers, with high precision and guaranteed quality.

The double-layer on-line flare of the extruder head is designed as double screw co extrusion feed, which is extruded respectively through the double-layer die with adjustable gap.

MPP power sheath single/double wall bellows is MPP as the main raw material, respectively, by the inner and outer extruders jointly extruded, a single molding, the inner wall is smooth, the outer wall is trapezoidal ripple-like, and there is a plastic pipe with a hollow layer between the inner and outer walls.
